Nothing Matters More helped shift the conversation from perceived indifference to shared belief, giving the organisation a platform it could carry through repositioning, tournaments and beyond.

Ahead of the Euros, the squad launch became part of the city, using fly posters to
build pride, anticipation and a sense that all of Scotland was in it together.
